1)Logistics Coordinator
Experience: 3 - 6 yrs.
Education:Basic - Any Graduation
Nationality: Any Arabic National

Job Description

Overseeing all supply chain operations.
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
Answering customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in logistics management required.
Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Good management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.

2)Site Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 6 - 11 yrs.
Education:Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Nationality: Any Nationality

Job Description

To coordinate the activities of quantity surveying and the administration of the prime contract and subcontracts for a project.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. To ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
2. To monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and agreeing the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the work.
3. To formulate change orders to existing subcontracts for change in scope and / or pricing.
4. To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors.
5. To assist in the preparation of change orders to the prime contract between company and client.
• Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project
• Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments
• Formal qualifications / affiliations to RICS, IQS, MICES or MCIOB
Strong working knowledge of administering FIDIC or ICE and other similar contract formulation standards
• Proven track record with recognized international standard contracting companies
• Good communication skills and strong English capability
• Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely manner
• Computer literate especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum 6 to10 years of experience in quantity survey functions for contracting industry operations


3)QA/QC Inspector  

Experience: 8 - 12 yrs.
Education:Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Nationality: Any Nationality

Job Description

To monitor the construction process to ensure all quality requirements by performing all the in-process stage inspection activities during the fabrication, installation, final testing of the product/ process are met in accordance to the Organization procedures, contract requirements and relevant international Codes/ Standards of practice.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Check, inspect and test incoming raw materials/ instruments to ensure that they are in line with the Project Contract specifications and requirements.
2. Perform the in-process inspection as per qa/QC procedures and Inspection and Test plan (ITP).
3. Coordinate with Client/ Consultant for the verification of process inspection for varies QC activities as well as signing off all QC documents.
4. Read and interpret various drawings and documentation (relevant to the discipline and scope of work) in order to efficiently execute the required tasks and activities.
5. Apply knowledge and expertise in the interpretation of Standards and Codes of the relevant discipline required for execution of required tasks and activities.
6. Ensure that all QA/QC related documentation within the assigned Project/Workshop are properly stored and easily traceable in line with the Company’s Organization Management System Procedure.
7. Contribute for the enhancement of the Company’s Quality and HSE Management Systems.

• 8 to 12 years of overall work experience in reputable Construction Companies (preferably Petrochemical and Oil and Gas Companies).
• Familiar with ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standards
• Familiarization with the respective Codes and Standards used in applicable Engineering specializations.
• Knowledge and exposure to discipline relevant equipment and inspection techniques.


4)Project Quality Control Manager

Experience: 20 - 30 yrs.
Education:Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical, Production/Industrial)
Nationality: Any NationalityJob Description

1. Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC personnel within a project or workshop, supervising and managing all related QA/QC daily function and activities.
2. Prepare and obtain the necessary external and internal approvals for the Project Quality Plan, ITP’s and Technical Work Instructions in line with Project Contract specifications and the Company’s Quality Management System.
3. Communicate and coordinate with clients for all production and QA/QC matters as well as follow up with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
4. Monitor all project activities to ensure implementation of all client and Company Quality Control system requirements advising the Project Manager of any violation or deviation from the same.
5. Act as a focal point of contact for all ISO related internal and external audits.
6. Conduct Internal and Operations Audits.
7. Plan and undertake Subcontractor audits as well as review Subcontractor Quality Control programs.
8. Compile Inspection records and other Quality Control related documents in order to prepare the final document dossier for client submission.
9. Coordinate the identification of non-conformities communicating the same to the concerned as well as follow up on the corrective action being taken to resolve such non-conformities.
10. Identify the QA/QC requirements for the project or workshop including but not limited to resources, procedures, documentation, etc. and coordinate with all concerned to ensure the availability of such resources.
11. Responsible for liaising with external accrediting and inspection agencies in order to ensure that all documentation required by such agencies are available and up to date.
12. Coordinate and participate in QA/QC external audits and inspections when required.
13. Contribute for the enhancement of the Company’s Quality and HSE Management Systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A 4 Year Bachelors of Engineering degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• Ten years experience as a Project/Site QC Manager and at least 7 of those years are to be on Petroleum or Petrochemical projects.
• QC experience mainly in reputed Organizations, having business in EPC Projects (and/or) Construction (and/or) Process plant Piping/ Special Structural , spool Fabrication Shop (and/or) Pressure vessel manufacturing & erection , Equipment installation inspection ( Static & rotating )for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, EPC projects
• Familiarity with ISO-9000 quality control system
• Knowledge and hands on experience in the quality control area of NDE, Welding Technology, Painting/Coating systems, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil works, GRE/GRV Pipes etc.
• Familiarization with the respective Codes and Standards used in the various field of applicable Engineering specialization
• Prepare and review all type of QC documents
• Data Analysis
• Report writing and business and technical correspondence
• Team leadership
• Management and Business Administration
• Conflict and grievance resolution
• Negotiation and Communication
