Description
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Receive orders from the clients then communicate to the florists for them assemble the order/s and make sure that orders are aesthetically made.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Registers and categorizes calls & interacts with customers, including classifying, resolving, and closing customer requests.
- Communicate/answer calls and respond to emails and provide customers with product and service information, complete call logs, and produce call reports.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Ensure that all inquiries, requests, and complaints are being addressed promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Provide daily/monthly/quarterly reports to the department manager.
