Your day to day
· Ensure timely Payment of accounts· Pay and record bills upon verification of accuracy, back-up documentation and appropriate approvals, complete month-end responsibilities· Coordinate receiving purchase orders and invoices for proper coding and approval signature, ensure all accounts are current, reconcile vendor statements and maintain record of payments· Conduct research and prepare reports, as needed· Assist in the timely billing of accounts· Maintain a filing system for account receivable records· Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system· Reconcile supplier statements with established records and report any discrepancies· Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together
What we need from you
Strong experience in hospitality background. Relevant experience in financial leadership role or related professional area for more than 2 years.· Literate – computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required· Flexible – with a sense of urgency and discipline· Compliant –Highly responsible & reliable. Team player· Articulate – Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
